Excellent service from the time we walked through the door. Lots of great products to choose from. Mike and Ian were very knowledgeable about the products and gave us first class information....and a cup of tea! The machine that assessed our needs after we were "diagnosed" following our time on the bed was quite extraordinary! We have been with you before and we're sure to be with you again if we need anything else!

I was given the opportunity to use the test mattress and find the suitable range. We weren't forced into any particular bed. We were also offered a reasonable discount in addition to the store sale price.
