We were greeted as we entered the store and offered a drink. Serene explained she was there to provide assistance as and when needed, she then left us to look around. When we said we were interested in two beds she provided pillows for our use,after we tried both beds she offered to let us try the sleep match, this we did and based on the outcomes had detailed discussions with the Manager, Mike , and Serene. We then discussed prices ,delivery etc and based on this chose the dearer bed. We left the store happy with ou purchase and very pleased with the service.

The sales people Saarah & Ian both assisted me on separate days (Ian today on purchasing and Saarah on the previous visit to explore options). Both helpful, pleasant and friendly. Transparent with price and offers. It was the TV advert that drew me in and a friends recommendation.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, lovely cup of coffee whilst there. The Sleepmatch machine says it all (going the extra mile to help).

Excellent service from the time we walked through the door. Lots of great products to choose from. Mike and Ian were very knowledgeable about the products and gave us first class information....and a cup of tea! The machine that assessed our needs after we were "diagnosed" following our time on the bed was quite extraordinary! We have been with you before and we're sure to be with you again if we need anything else!
