We were greeted by the manager who asked us what we were looking for and was really helpful. We did the computerised test to see what kind of mattress would suit us best which was really useful. My husband even had a cup of tea. I cannot fault the staff at all. We got exactly what we needed. The whole experience was really relaxing. I had looked online but there's nothing quite like testing the mattress and feeling it before you buy it. The mattress is really comfortable. We made a good choice thanks to the help we got from staff. I will definitely go back to this store when I need another mattress.

When we said we were interested in two beds she provided pillows for our use,after we tried both beds she offered to let us try the sleep match, this we did and based on the outcomes had detailed discussions with the Manager, Mike , and Serene. We then discussed prices ,delivery etc and based on this chose the dearer bed. We left the store happy with ou purchase and very pleased with the service.
