We already knew what we wanted but received advice about the soft or medium option which was helpful in deciding. The COVID precautions were excellent.

We were served by a gentleman called Ian and his knowledge and service was very impressive. I would highly recommend dreams to family and friends. He made us feel comfortable and also safe with the social distancing.

Firstly, I went to DREAMS purely from the very effective radio advert which impressed me. Mike, the store manager who assisted me was extremely professional, efficient and polite. He also was very knowledgeable and I thought a credit to himself and DREAMS.
