Ian was very helpful as was his colleague very chatty, felt very safe and clean PPE wore as appropriate or all behind screens very happy and safe

this was my first major non food shopping trip since COVID 19 started. Your staff made me feel welcome and safe when I arrived at the store. Signage was clear and instructions easy to follow. Being able to lie on the beds with the appreciation that they are cleaned between each customer was reassuring. Ian took the time to clearly explain the mattress choices available to me and took note of my wishes.
