we arrived at the Preston store and the 1st thing we saw was hand sanitizer & masks which put you a ease straight away,, the manager Mike came to us straight away & explained the social distancing measures in store,, he offered us bottled water & said how the store is cleansed after customers have left.. he set up the bed that measures your body for the correct mattress & explained how it works. He showed the available beds which had been predicted for me & the the different price ranges, he also showed me the cloud pillows which I already knew about & also purchased, overall it was a very good & pleasant customer journey,, thank you Mike for making this happen & helping us feel at ease, you where a pleasure to deal with.
