The meet and greet was excellent, offering us handwash and water bottles. The workings of the tv bed were explained very well and the 8 year guarantee was explained, which we went on to buy. The whole bedding range was shown to us, and any offers available at the time were kindly deducted from our final bill. The staff were very knowledgeable, informative and friendly, and made the shopping experience enjoyable.

We were greeted on arrival and put instantly at ease by a male member of staff who was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and just really helpful; we are so pleased with our new mattress, headboard and pillows and we were pleasantly surprised that buying a new mattress was this easy!!!
