Very efficient service from Ian Astin. Felt a little nervous on arrival but the cleanliness, hygiene and reassurance was great. No hard sell, clear and helpful guidance and felt safe and secure throughout.

We did the sleep match test which was very good and Serena the sales assistant talked us through all the details and showed us all the mattresses which were available and suited us the best from the results we got. We were offered bottled water and felt like we could take all the time we needed.

Went in with only an idea of what I wanted and budget and found everything was taken care of well. Staff very friendly and helpful.
