Ian was really helpful and kind but he wasn’t pushy or persistent. He gave me and my partner room to browse and check things in peace then helped with all the questions we had. As a nurse I am very particular with COVID 19 related safety measures. They are very important to me. I liked that Ian came and explained to me what measures had been put in place and what items had been sterilised and cleaned which was important for me to feel safe in a store.

The salesman Ian was very helpful and friendly it made shopping for 2 beds very straightforward he clearly explained how things were working during these difficult times and was very polite and did not put any pressure on us to make a purchase
