Ian the sales assistant was friendly and helpful. He answered questions with knowledge. And gave us space when we needed it.

Serene was so polite and friendly as soon as we walked through the door. Straight away we was guided to the Dreams Sleep Machine which let us know which bed choice we needed to look at. From there we were shown to the first bed which was a perfect fit and the one we purchased. Serene talked through all the purchase options and the added benefits/extras that suited our needs. Very satisfied Customers :)

Then tried several mattresses and chose one within my budget - there was no pressure to pay more. Was so happy we also left with 2 mattresses for my nieces' bunk bed at their Grandma's
