As soon as we arrived we were offered water, and asked to hand sanitize which assured me the company care about keeping customers safe from COVID-19. We spoke to Ian the staff member and he listened carefully to what we were looking for (mattress and possibly a bed). Ian showed us the bed simulator unique to your stores which we wanted to try before we arrived due to the adverts. We used the simulator which was great choosing the mattress we needed. We had shopped around a few shops prior to visiting ie bensons for beds, carpet right etc. But we really felt listened to at the dreams store. The bed simulator showed us three best suited mattresses and we ended up choosing the tempur softest one. We also spoke about getting a bed but because the cost of the mattress was expensive we weren’t sure, however Ian showed us a really nice looking high quality headboard and handy storage base that worked out cost effective. At the end Ian made sure we had a good deal that we were happy with, we didn’t feel pressured into buying at any time. Can highly recommend the Preston branch.
