I found our assistant to be extremely friendly and helpful. She was welcoming through out but not pushy. She allowed us to view products at ease without hanging over our shoulder. We really enjoyed the sleep match machine. Overall great experience!

Saarah was polite and professional without being too pushy. She took the time to understand my needs, was great with my little girl making me feel more comfortable and wa every knowledgeable. I was able to quickly get the bed/mattress I needed because of the above.
