the store was clean. the assistant efficient, knowledgeable and very nice to speak to and buy from, she certainly suits her name.

Ian was fantastic all the way through making our decision. He knew when to give us information about the products and when to hang back and let my boyfriend and i discuss. All whilst being friendly and keeping a safe distance. He made me feel at ease when coming to a decision. The shop felt very safe and was super clean.

The staff were helpful and assisted us in choosing the right mattress and base. We used the high t3ch mattress system and were given pillows to tr6 all the suitable beds. The staff could not have been more helpful. The base didn’t come in many colours so we selected the best fit rather than the colour we would have liked..apart from that there was little that could be done to better the experience.

I found our assistant to be extremely friendly and helpful. She was welcoming through out but not pushy. She allowed us to view products at ease without hanging over our shoulder. We really enjoyed the sleep match machine. Overall great experience!
