Dreams - Preston

It was a really big day for my husband and I today, because we just put down a holding deposit for a house. We recently got married and unfortunately due to the pandemic, we were unable to move and buy furniture until now. So finally we were able, I got advice from my brother. My family has always bought beds, mattresses etc from Dreams. Every time they have been highly satisfied, so we decided to pop in! We receive such fantastic customer service. Michael was very calm, patient and kind, and made sure that we were always satisfied. He went out of his way to explain the different types of mattresses, and he helped us find the best bed for Our new home... all done following appropriate social distancing rules. He was super friendly, and also went out of his way to find us a great place to stay in Chester!! A great day out today, cannot wait for the arrival of our new bed now! Thank you Dreams, we finally have the bed of our dreams now :)

the store was clean. the assistant efficient, knowledgeable and very nice to speak to and buy from, she certainly suits her name.
