Ian at the Preston store was brilliant my price range was quite low to begin with and he really did try to help me find a suitable mattress for my budget. I then realised it would be worth the value to spend a bit more and he was really helpful and really took the time to help me, he also gave me breathing space to decide which was great as I didn’t feel pressured into making a snap decision. Thank you for your help I really appreciated it.
