Friendly, knowledgeable salesperson (Ian), knew his products well but was not pushy on his approach in any way. We only went in to look but ended up buying a bed and headboard and he even sold us a pillow! 😄

In general was very happy with the service we received from Mike, he greeted us as we entered the store and gave us great advice on which was the best mattress suited to our needs, which resulted in our purchase based in his recommendation.... many thanks for friendly non pressured help!!

The colleague took the time to ask me about what I needed and advised that I use the Sleep match machine to make it easier. I was reassured with regards to my safety and appreciated the bottle of water available.
