We used the dreams mattresses to find out which one would be best for us both, we was able to pick out a mattresses we both liked pretty fast, Ian helped us order it and threw in a free King size duvet because we bought the 8 year plan. The store was very clean and social distancing was good as they only alowed so many customers in at a time.

The lady (Serene) who helped us was amazing. She was really lovely to our children which kept the peace! I loved the bed that analyses which type of mattress you need. Very impressed overall.

We had talked about replacing our mattress and bed frame to upgrade to a King. We were passing Dreams and thought to pop in. We were not committed to buying on that day nor was it our intention, we simply wanted to see what was on offer. A member of staff called Serene or Serena at the Preston store was so attentive and helpful. She listened to my husband and I and helped us find our dream mattress and frame! We were so happy we bought it all! An expensive day for us but made so easy by the help we got! She helped us stay ‘Covid secure’ too by instructing us how to test the beds safely. Fantastic service!

Friendly, knowledgeable salesperson (Ian), knew his products well but was not pushy on his approach in any way. We only went in to look but ended up buying a bed and headboard and he even sold us a pillow! 😄
