I looked and divan bases and mattresses online and saw that the divan base was half price when a matress was purchased. I done the live chat to find out availability of the items to which I was told that it would be January delivery as there was a delay on the matress. I asked if there was a matress that was about the same price and quality with quicker delivery. I was informed that there was a better was for £20 more and could be delivered in 4 days. I tried ordering this online but the website wasnt applying the discounts so I went back onto live chat and the gent I spoke to previously offered to call me so I could place the order over the phone so I got all the correct discounts (half price divan base and 10% off the matress)

The sales team greeting us at the door and took care to listen to our needs and fully listened to us. Not pushy at all but really very helpful. They explained everything we needed to know and answered questions with ease

Dreams was the third bed shop we visited and we by far had the best experience. It was the first time myself and my partner had bought a bed so didn’t really know where to start. However, the sales assistant called Serene was very helpful in showing us different styles of beds and mattresses. Whereas at previous shops we had been ignored. She also gave us the chance to be scanned on the machine so that we got the right mattress for us. We were very pleased with the social distancing measures in place and she also made sure we had our own pillows when testing out the beds. Furthermore, we were especially pleased with the delivery times. At another store, we were told that we couldn’t have a bed delivered until February, whereas at Dreams we were told it would only take two weeks. There was a variety of delivery slots to chose from as well. Overall, we had a very positive experience and will be returning when we decide to get a bed for our spare room.

Ian was very helpful and knowledgable about the products. Helped us find what suited us as I struggle with getting to hot in bed. Ian made us feel welcome and let us take our time.
