The young lady that dealt with me was excellent. She was polite but not pushy, cheerful but not sickly. She knew her products and gave me great advice. The payment process was fast and without fuss.

I walked in and the shop was clean and spaced out. I was greeted by Ian who asked if I needed any help and explained all the COVID procedures. I saw a bed on display I loved and Ian checked the delivery for me which was really soon. I went to put the order in and whilst waiting Ian offered me some water and put everything through really quickly whilst making sure to explain everything and offer me any extras I could have

Serene was excellent with us, we turned up just over an hour before closing and spent time looking round. We weren’t rushed, or pushed to make a decision. The bed we wanted wasn’t carried by the store but Serene brought it up on a TV screen and discussed the specifics and showed us similar beds to help make our decision. All colleagues met were lovely and friendly and helped us make our purchase which we were considering leaving until Boxing Day/January sales

I got the product to be delivered at a date in future to coincide with bed frame delivery.

I have used Dreams before and was satisfied with the bed I bought. I am 78 and my Partner is 82 and we are a bit worried about are ability to get the plastic bag over our old mattress and are waiting for the bag to arrive before the delivery date on 5th December.
