Dreams - Preston

My wife and I had travelled to many shops for a double bed and could not find what we needed. We where going home in the car and we spotted Dreams beds it was like a dream as we had to decided between two the wife picked we where happy.

Your assistant Carol was most helpful as we didn't quite know just what we wanted. We were shown all the product varieties and used the Test Bed! Further encouragement was given for us to test the beds and pillows! Carol explained everything but left us to decide. Having made our choice she continued to give more detail of the chosen products and we were quite excited by the visit. Thank you Carol!

The person who saved me was so patient and took time to understand what i need and helped me look within my budget without pushing me to spend more than i can afford.

We absolutely loved the sleepmatch option. Ian who was our help is very kind and answered all of our questions. Everything went really quick and we can't wait for our new mattress to be delivered this week.

So I knew which bed and frame I wanted but after a good talk with Ian and the use of the test bed we had completely changed our minds and went along with Ian’s recommendations even though this exceeded our budget.
