Dreams - Preston

Excellent experience, exceptional customer care by a member of staff who was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product. I would highly recommend Dreams in Preston and will return if the need arises in the future.

We phoned ahead, Friday 4:30pm, to let the staff know we were coming in to place an order for a bed frame and headboard. Ended up looking at a new mattress, staff were helpful and patient while we tried the many different mattresses. Offered water, tea & coffee. Ended up going past the shop closing time but still we didn't feel rushed and everything was explained in detail. A great shopping experience

We walked in the not knowing what we wanted the assistant came to us and was very good we tried the bed that gave us an idea what would be good for me and my wife.next we tried different beds the assistant then gave us some time do decide which we did the process was very easy and we walked out very happy and looking forward to our good nights sleep.

Once we entered the store we were greeted by Ian. We explained what we were looking for and he went through the pricing system and the different bed types. He gave us the time to look around and answered our questions before we proceeded to order.

All quick and painless and Ian was very helpful

Carol greeted us and she was wanting to help and very attentive, asking a few questions which wasn't too intrusive. Carol asked me to use the sleep master which was very different and something never offered earlier in the day by Warrington!! Carol showed me the options and I tried out a few more mattresses before finally came to the conclusion and which mattress I was going to buy. This took a while because of myself of how fussy I was but Carol was very patient, gave me plenty of information on each mattress as well as plenty of thinking time. A great quality of Carol's was that she wasn't pushing for the sale in the end which made it a relaxed environment and experience. To say Carol hadn't been in the job long she was amazing and will be recommending others to see her. I really hope this information is given to both Carol of how amazing she was and the Warrington store of how abysmal they were!!

Great service, friendly atmosphere. Ian was very knowledgeable and allowed me to browse whilst being on hand to answer all my questions. Extremely helpful and felt very Covid safe.
