I went into the store looking for a new bed/mattress because of a bad back. I found the sales assistants highly knowledgeable about the products but also which is very important not pushy about trying to make a sale. We tried a few different mattresses and got details about which ones would be best suited to my needs. Very happy with the mattress I chose and the price I paid, also the fact that if I’m not happy with the mattress within the next 40 days I can exchange it. I would definitely recommend Dreams if you need a new bed

I came to the Preston store twice in the day and both times greeted and assisted by Carol. She told me it was her 8th week at the store but I think did really well in helping me choose the right mattress. I was able to lie down and try out the beds, given a pillow and a cold drink. I used the sleep match machine and then after going away to check measurements at home, I returned and placed the order for the mattress I think is best. At all times I felt the covid-safe measures and social distancing were very good. Considering Carol hasn't been at that store long I was very impressed. My intention is to buy a king size mattress for another bedroom later this year and given the customer service I received I'll definitely be returning.

Was greeted when entered store. Very polite members of staff. Listened to what I needed. Explained different things to me. Very helpful indeed. Done the sale perfectly. Asked what date was best for me for delivery. Will definitely be shopping at Dreams again.

After having a terrible experience with another bed company, it was a breath of fresh air to walk into dreams and be treated so well and be listened to. Our needs were assessed and Ian, our advisor, couldn't do enough for us. Excellent experience
