Got what I needed

The sales assistant Carol was simply brilliant. She was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She dealt with us in a friendly and understanding fashion setting out multiple options without a confusing sales patter. It felt as if we were talking to a lifelong friend guiding us to the best choice for us.

Having been dissatisfied with my experience at two local stores( one a chain, one independent) I found my experience with this store completely different. Although I was a bit sceptical, the 'bed technology' did point me in the right direction as to which type of mattress would be suitable. However, William was also essential in his help and guidance. Not only was he informative and knowledgeable, he was prepared to listen, was patient, and respectful. He knew when to leave me on my own to consider what was available and there was never any pushy sales talk. ( Something I cannot tolerate and always walk away when this happens.) It's a fine balance between helping a customer make the right purchase and making a sale and William had the right approach - unlike when I visited two other local stores where I left as soon as possible, either because I was not receiving guidance in once case or a too eager salesman who lost interest immediately when I was not willing to commit to buying that day, I felt comfortable in staying in Dreams. I have enjoyed sleeping on my new mattress so job done!

Following a heart bypass I needed a bed higher to make getting in and out easier. The salesman Ian was very helpful and knowledgable. He made the whole process easy and stress free and was very conscientious of my needs and recent surgery

Everything was perfect the use of the high tech bed machine with the xbox connect camera love that by the way! The salesman was spot on and the coffee was perfect
