We placed order for mattress in store on Friday 23rd, was given free fitted sheet and free mattress removal service. Then me and Mrs changed our mind and ordered different mattress very next day. But while amending our order, they removed all freebies, not impressed at all. Also changing the order took so long, I was told its because of old system. Then I was told that my delivery date will moved from 28th November to later date which they can't confirm at the same time, but promised me to call once order is sorted in Dreams system. Its 5th of December today and I am still waiting for that phone call. I myself checked online and booked delivery but Dreams store didn't call me back. Not happy again.

I felt that I was pressurised into a sale. I was told if I signed that night I would save money I have since cancelled my order!

I purchased a mattress, bed frame and pillows along with cover for both the mattress and bed frame on Monday, 20/08/18. On Wednesday, 22/08/18, I went on the Dreams website to check some information on the mattress I purchased only to find that price online was a full £100 less than what I had been quoted and sold in-store. The online price was still significantly less even after taking into account the manager's discount that was applied to my purchase in-store. Although I was given a refund for the difference through customer service online, I feel I have lost out on any additional value that I would have availed from the manager's discount in-store had I been sold the mattress at the online price. I have to say that the staff in-store were knowledgeable and friendly, but the fact that I would have ended up paying significantly more had I not, by chance looked at the Dreams website after my purchase leaves me with a bitter aftertaste, and very disappointed with my overall shopping experience with Dreams.

I have always bought silent night mattresses and been delighted with them. Once the bed has been made I sleep in it and it has been comfortable beyond belief, I have never had to sleep on a mattress for thirty days to adjust. only had two hours sleep on the first night and rang dreams to take it back only to be told I have to keep it for 30 days. I explained to the young girl in the shop I have injections in my back for pain at the time of buying, only to find this mattress is killing my back even more than my old one. So sorry I went to dreams, still have 25 days to go before I either get a different one or lose my money. No recommend for dreams from me.

At the point of sale the sales assistant said to us if the price becomes lower after purchasing before delivery they can still honour the new price. The delivery time scale was 3 months. 1 month after purchase I checked online same sofas became cheaper than what we purchased and I contacted the showroom. Spoke to someone and they said they will look into it and will be able to do something, 5 mins later the guy who sold us the sofas rang us and said they can't honour the price Because apparently head office changed the rules 3-4 weeks ago, after the sofas got delivered we had an issue with the sofa so the service manager came fixed the issue and I mentioned the problem we had so he said he will speak with the people at the showroom. Few days later I got a call and a lady said the rules has not changed and they could have done something. But prior to that we had a outstanding balance and they said if we don't pay sofas won't get delivered so we had no choice. But I explained to the lady that I already put a complaint through to head office before delivery. Now this seems to be like the guy who sold us the sofas lied to us just so we can pen on paper so he can get his commission.
