Matt attended to us. He gave us water and was professional in helping us make a choice of bed frame that met our need.

We were met at your Preston store by Ian who answered all our questions clearly. He was not pushy and advised us about all the range of beds and mattresses not just the more expensive ones. He allowed us time alone to test the products not standing over all the time as in some stores. All the products we tested appeared to be very good quality and eventually settled for the new king sized bed although we did only go out shopping for a new mattress.
