I think that if I had visited a larger store there would have been more options to choose from

Varying personal recommendations shaped my responses. Wasn't greatly impressed about signing contracts which reduced my purchasing of goods legislation nor being advised of charges for collection of faulty goods. In ideal world, would also like to have taken mattress only purchase away with me.

In my opinion to be highly satisfied would indicate "Perfection" my belief that nothing is Perfect! therefore Satisfaction is a high standard which is appropriate to my experience at "Dreams" Thank you.

On reflection of our visit, we thought maybe the assistant was fairly new to the job, but very polite and helpful.

During Christmas - New Year, I called in to Dreams Preston, on further discussions with the store rep I was advised the mattress would remain in the sale until Tuesday 2nd Jan, we i returned on Tuesday 2nd Jan this was not the case. The sales rep did offer discount, however, this was not the full sale discount orginally offered.

The delivery time could be improved.

Thought the store was rather small with not a great deal of products on display.

I was not able to visit Dreams, as your stores are closed for lockdown. I have spent a lot of money on a bed and mattress which I THINK I will like, but unable to try...Fingers crossed.
