no reason. Wouln't have quickly understood prices if it wasn't for the assistant. Didd,t think prices were that competitive but satisfied with what we bought. Think I could have got a better deal if I had time to shop around.

In my opinion, there is always something that can be made ether this includes visits to stores. I feel the store and service was good but it can always be improved.

Assistant tried to make out that as the item was end of line show room product if we didn’t buy it there and then it def would be gone

Happy with the service, however, the only reason I have marked Satisfied is since delivery of the bed, I have noticed the draws are all of the same size. We explained at ordering that the bed was going in between fixed side draws. This would have been an ideal time to mention that you had different draw sizes on the 4 draw beds, yet this was not done. Overall satisfied with the service, the salesman was new (his 1st week) so it is understandable, perhaps I should have asked about the draw sizes. The bed is for my mother in law so I was not getting too involved in the sales. The bed is absolutely lovely, just what we wanted. The service was excellent and through.
