To be Highly Satisfied would mean that no other shop/store would be selling the item I purchased at an increased price and that you were the cheapest in the UK. also you would be taking away my old mattress free of charge, instead of charging £35 but you are delivering it free of charge ,so that is a positive point.

Just that the bed I wanted was not in the store, u do understand the shop cannot stock all beds. However the staff was very friendly and showed me a similar bed in same colour and material.

Dream had an offer of 0% and an extra 10% discount for the weekend. However the finance company which Dream used were closed over the weekend which nearly cost me the offer. Fortunately the management helped me out. I had to put a deposit down which on the original offer I didn’t need to.
