No shopping experience can ever be perfect! There’s always something, however small that could be improved.

Although the colleague we dealt with was very helpful the range was limited instore and the price was still quite high

I never give a tip mark as I have always worked on the principle “nothing is perfect”. So for me to give a “satisfied” or 8+ is a very good recommendation. No criticism with my experience but that should not give cause for complacency

If the bed I was looking for was there to see rather than just online I would have been highly satisfied

Generally highly satisfied but the ottoman bed we wanted as displayed in the showroom was no longer available due to supply issues. We could order an alternative but it wasnt available for viewing.

The assistance given by Carol was really good, my wife is disabled and as the bed is for her and needed a very firm mattress I had already researched on line and just needed my wife to try the bed to see if it was right for her but I was pleased with the assistance Carol gave us and the number of options offered. The delivery time is good now just waiting for it to come then she can get a good nights sleep. thank you Dreams
