Mike and Phil both gave us great customer service. They were personable and informative and we didn't feel pushed or pressured into making purchases. They answered all of our questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way and gave us space (and coffee) to consider what was right for us. Consequently we have purchased a double bed base, mattress, quilt and tempur pillow. We are returning customers having purchased our last mattress from you 7 years ago and will be happy to recommend the store. The Haribo was a nice touch! Thanks very much gents, we're looking forward to our delivery on the 12th!

Incredibly impressed by this store and the staff. The assistant (Solly), at the Preston north road store was incredibly welcoming, understood what we were looking for, and guided us to mattresses that he felt met our needs. He made us tea and coffee, and then talked us through the differences in the products, and then left us to try the beds out and talk amongst ourselves. He stood nearby and checked we were ok and if we wanted to know anything more. Their service was perfect for us, he gave us space and time to ourselves but was there on hand when we needed him. No pushy sales techniques at all. The manager of the store even put a Disney movie on one of the bed TVs so our little girl would be entertained while we made our decisions. Perfect service from both Solly and the store manager, Mike, and we would definitely recommend the store.

The gentleman, Suleiman, who assisted us with our purchase was extremely helpful and kind. He was specifically aware of my wife's needs as she is disabled and went out of his way to give her the help and information we needed with regard to each mattress. He was very professional.

You had exactly what I as looking for at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and made us drinks as we had to wait a few minutes to place our order.
