i felt when I arrived that I wasn't pressured as soon as I walked through the door, had a friendly smile to welcome to me, when approached after a few minutes to offer assistance I said I was just looking, instantly I was left to look round without pressure, after a few further minutes I approached the assistant, several minutes later I purchased a mattress. I have walked out of shops before because of over bearing staff, your staff should be complimented on their approach. well done.

Knowledgable and friendly staff, good sales offers and payment terms. Overall a very satifying experience.

Ive never bought a new bed myself before and wasn't looking forward to choosing one.. But the staff member "SERENE" made the whole process a breeze. She was very informative and answered all my questions which helped me choose. The deposit was paid that day over the phone which was also easy.

The staff member was pro active, professional, an expert in the product and friendly.

I can honestly say it was a most stress free experience. Mike Phil and Serene were so nice and friendly and could answer all of our questions and were very patient with us. We also liked the way everything was colour rated which made it so easy to find exactly what we were looking for.

The young who met us was able to describe every matress, telling us what is was made from and the firmness rating. She has a good knowledge of the products available.

Mike at Preston store was excellent. He was extremely helpful with so much knowledge. No hard sell or pressure to buy unlike some showroom assistants. Order was placed and went through very swiftly and Mike certainly knew his stuff. I was even given a bottle of water as I was having a coughing fit. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
