The sales assistant came across as very genuine and knowledgable and therefore instilled confidence. He was in no way pushing us into choosing any particular mattress but did his best to make us aware of the various alternatives according to our felt needs. Very happy to have found a hand made, natural fibre mattress that offered comfort to both my husband and I and delighted that there was a reduction in price as thete was still current sale on.

Friendly staff that made us feel welcome and at ease. We did not feel pressured into a purchase. All our needs were listened too and taken into consideration with the advice we were given. Pleasant experience.

The People! I am very indecisive and went in without really knowing what kind of mattress I needed/wanted. I expected to be visiting 3 stores and doing lots of 'thinking about it' but after spending some time talking to Mike knew exactly which options o wanted to choose from. He simplified everything for me with his expansive knowledge! Made what I expected to be a stressful, lengthy process into a relatively easy decision. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff in this store! Serena was really friendly & warm too putting the sale through and Phil makes a great brew and very helpful doing the carrying for me!

Serene was delightful, very polite, friendly and knew what she was talking about. I would certainly deal with her again and recommend family and friends to approach her for attention. She deserves a gold medal and a meal out!

Fantastic knowledge of products and helped us choose the bed that was best for us. Helped us measure so we were sure to choose the correct one for us and made us aware that if we were not happy with the item when it arrived, we had 14 days to let Dreams know and get a refund or exchange as we hadn’t seen it in the shop. Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble

The assistants both male Phil and female where extremely helpful, in fact the female assistant (sorry didn't catch her name) was the reason we returned to make the order.
