Serene was really friendly, honest and helpful without being pushy which made our experience better.

Serene greeted us when we came into the store, made us drinks, invited us to try mattresses and had excellent product knowledge about both beds and mattresses. The order and delivery process was explained very clearly.

My partner and I visited on Saturday 24th with our 19 month old. We were greeted promptly by the staff at an immaculate store where the staff were happy to facilitate our needs. The member of staff quickly found what I'd seen online and encouraged us to try it out. He gave us the positives and negatives of the mattress and encouraged us to check the next up in quality. I'm glad he did so as I think we'll be much happier with the upgrade.

The service was very good. They went out of their way to please.

Good service and good knowledge of mattresses

The assistants were knowledgeable, friendly, non-pushy, polite and seemed very authentic and genuinely willing to help if needed. I liked the way the store was laid out with colour co-ordinated cushions to denote the various mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble.

Greeted on arrival by Solly who asked what we were looking for and explained to us what the different coloured pillows on each bed meant. Gave us time to look around and then proved very helpful when we needed further information on Tempur mattresses. There was no pressure on us to buy, even offered tea/coffee/water whilst we browsed.
