Staff were friendly and helpful to my needs.

The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. The fact that we could have a discussion with 2 staff at a time gave us the opportunity to gain the most of their knowledge. They were patient and didn’t rush us - they even checked the traffic for us as there had been an accident on a nearby road!

The assistant was so helpful. The colour coding of the pillows made choicing easier. The whole experience was enjoyable and I would certainly recommend this shop to all my friends looking for good beds and mattress. Thank you for our wonderful bed.

The quality of the products were great, the service both personal and well informed, the speed,ease and advice where second to none, the store, well set out, clean tidy and clear. The salesman soly was great, knew his stuff, not pushy and felt as though he had our interests in mind, asked our budget and showed us through the range of products he felt where suitable for our needs, all in all a pleasant surprise for such a large company to be as personal as it was.

We arrived 2 minutes before the store closed on Sunday, we were not rushed and all our questions were answered as the assistants were knowledgeable about the products. We were treated very courteously and also when we have visited a couple of days prior to ordering, we had the same good experience. That's why we returned to Dreams to place our order.

On entering the Dreams store in Preston we were greeted by phil who showed us the items we wished to view, we were able to select a bed and mattress from what phil showed to us,phil was polite and informative without being pushy. we were then invited to sit whilst the paperwork was completed, during this time we were offered coffee bySerene, all in all it was a very pleasant experience.
