The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and found me a mattress that was perfect for my needs in terms of back support. He was also resourceful in terms of finding something suitable that could be delivered within a short timeframe. The reception I got was extremely cordial too. I have never parted with £2,000 that easily.

As soon as we walked into the store Carol came over to assist us. She was friendly and professional with good knowledge of the products. We were offered a hot drink and made to feel very welcome. We had visited a few stores and returned to Dreams as in the initial visit we were welcomed very well. The service we received was professional and excellent. Would definitely visit again and recommend to family and friends.
