We had great service and we had great explanations of everything we were looking at. I have had a bad leg and this was taken into consideration the whole time.

The person that assisted in finding the right bed and mattress Athina ( store manager) was very open friendly and helpful gave time to think things through no hard sale

I made my order over the phone and I dealt with Tom. He was able to answer all my questions about the various ottoman bed bases and offered an alternative when the one I had wanted was out of stock and was going to take months to become available again. I wanted a combination mattress sprung with memory foam and he recommended a combination mattress which was heavily discounted in the sale whereas he could have recommended alternative combination mattresses and bed bases.which were far more expensive. It was a very easy transaction over the phone since I could rely on his guidance and product knowledge to get the best bed at a very reasonable price and he included a mattress care policy and a mattress protector at a discount. Overall a good purchase for me giving me good value.

The sales assistant ,Athena, Portsmouth branch, approached us to ask if we needed help immediately and took us straight to the appropriate beds in our budget range. She gave us a lot of information and we felt that she had a good understanding of our needs.

All the staff were very friendly, and helpful, they could not have put themselves out any more for us.

I think the staff in the dreams portsmouth branch were very knowledgeable and courteous and they knew their products.

Liam was friendly and approachable. He also took the time to listen to my problems and helped me to find the right mattress. His service was excellent.

We visited the store twice and each time the staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful. While we were deciding which bed and mattress we wanted, Tom was very helpful without being pushy. He left us alone to try out the mattresses but was ready to help when we wanted to make a purchase. He even allowed us to leave halfway through the order process so that we could make another appointment, and then he was ready to complete it when we returned. Thank you Tom.
