Met the shop colleague. Told him what I wanted and he facilitated my needs.

Tom, the member of staff we spoke with at the Portsmouth Dreams store was super helpful and easy to chat with. He didn't press us at all and give us all the time and space we needed to make a decision we were happy with.

I found exactly what I wanted although a little more than I was expecting to pay the service was brilliant.

I arrived at 5.40pm only 15 minutes before the store closed to look at mattresses. I needed some help. I spent a fair bit of time looking at online and felt I needed to try and get advice. Both the staff could not have been more helpful. Harry dealt with me. All the patients in the world considering the time, even made me a coffee at 6.30pm. Ended up spending £2400. Left the store at 6.45. Never felt rushed and I was amazed at the professionalism of both the staff and they really were great. Thank you guys. Can’t wait to receive my mattress only 1 week from ordering. Great service and a credit to Dream’s!!

The workers were very helpful regarding my requirements. Very friendly. The place was highly organised and clean.

Athena was amazing at listening to our needs and being very accomodating to our situation. She followed it up with calling when the information her end wasn't right but it turned out perfectly.
