Tom who served us on our 1st visit was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. When we returned we were served by Toms colleague, sorry didn’t take his name but he was also very helpful. Overall very satisfied & looking forward to our new mattress next week 🤗

We walked in and shortly after we had been looking at a few beds a knowledgeable staff member asked if we knew how Dreams "worked". It was our first time buying from Dreams so we answered no and had the colours explained to us. We then mentioned we were purchasing for a guest bedroom and we got recommendations for our budget. When we were searching for a bedframe we were told that it was out of stock apart from one which was in the clearance section which suited our needs. All told we got the perfect amount of staff assistance and a great price. We will be coming back to buy our Tempur mattress for the master bedroom just as soon as we've painted!
