Staff were kind and helpful, able to point us in the right direction and offered us pillows, drinks etc. Overall it was a pleasent experience.

It was nice to walk into a store where the sales people do not pounce on you but make themselves aware to you that should you require any assistance they are there to help. The sales assistance Tom is very knowledgeable and was extremely help full to us. So glad we went into Dreams first and had no reason to visit any of your competitors.

The attitudes of your employee to my wife and I was excellent compared to normal shop attendance, he was thorough with knowledge and explanation of answers to our questions.

Made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in the store. Staff very friendly and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Harry introduced himself and allowed us some time to look around the store. Then we had a few minutes on the test bed, ( my wife and I not Harry). He then guided us around the various bed and gave us time to make our choice. The whole process was very easy. Apart from making the choice.
