Dreams - Portsmouth NEW

Our experience of our visit to Dreams was an extremely positive one and that was due to the exceptional customer service provided by Liam. His knowledge, personality and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude made the process of buying two mattresses (we went in for one but ended up buying two, the second being one of Dreams' top of the range mattresses) a pleasure.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and safe environment. This is our third time shopping with dreams.

Went in told them what I wanted and everything got sorted immediately,no hassles , very competent manager, she was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. Very thorough, courteous and helpful.

Athena at the Portsmouth Branch was very helpful and a very good knowledge of the producsts. We felt no pressure and were given as much time as needed to test the products before making a choice. The only downside was the time on waiting for the delivery in store on 2nd January 2022 and delivery 15th February 2022. Overall very satisfied customers.

A very friendly place, and offered us a lovely hot choc for us both, and provided with all the information.

Your salesman was very good giving us info on the beds but not on top of us all the time.and answered all our questions.It was his approach and obviously the bed we were thinking of buying that decided us to buy.

So far so good. Friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable staff but as bed not arrived yet I cannot comment further

Excellent service received from Harry. Choice of beds. Bed test to show which mattress would be best was excellent. Not long to wait for delivery.
