My colleague was very friendly and helpful, I tried lots of beds and found the right one with his help. It's going to be so comfy. My mattress was in stock and the delivery time was quick

I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted in terms of bed base so was shown the options within the various ranges so had plenty of options. Secondly when choosing my mattress I was given a very detailed in-depth look & try of the mattresses based on my lay down on the bed that analysed my sleep position. I was made to feel comfortable and un -pressured throughout my purchase

As soon as I walked into the store a assistant got up and came to see if I needed help. Her name was athena and she was very kind friendly and listened to my needs. The first mattress she showed me for under my price limit wasn't so good but she was totally honest and told me that, when I felt it to give it a chance I was horrified. Athena made me feel ok as she knew what I was after and suggested another mattress that was in the clearance and omg it was absolutely lovely. And when she told me the price I didn't hesitate. It was slightly over my budget but we'll worth it. I'm so happy I had athena to help me as she made me so at ease and comfortable and seeing me using a walking aid she showed me where the lift was so I didn't struggle with the stairs.

The range of products was excellent. The knowledge/professionalism of the lady that served us was very impressive. The cost was high but we were lucky enough to catch the last day of the sale. Would not hesitate returning if the same lady was still there.

Second visit after browsing so was able to fid what I wanted quick, hep was readily available and was excellent and polite also giving time alone to think. good range and prices were good too. overall very happy with the whole package and what I could get in the store!

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to not only take my order but to understand everything I needed and spoke me through how everything works with orders and time frames on delivery. I liked they didn’t just rush through my order and try to get me in and out as quick as possible. The staff member that served me was so friendly and nice and seemed to really care and enjoy his job which made the whole experience so much better.
