As soon as myself and my family entered the store we were made to feel very welcome. We left very happy.

Jane spent a lot of time with us in the Plymouth marsh mills store before lockdown, we did the in store machine to help pin point a mattress, tried every one in the shop I’m very sure! She was thorough, listened carefully and especially about our budget/comfort (Around £1000). We decided on a hynos mattress but needed to find a wood framed bed...we went to leave with the idea of finding a wooden bed in another shop but purchasing the mattress from dreams the same day. As we were leaving the store we had refrained from looking at the Tempur range due to cost, before Jane could say anything my husband was on the Tempur Sensation luxe, he was sold!! She told us all about the cool touch and features we knew that was the one. Due to the lockdown we have been shielding so we have just placed our order. Rob was super helpful on the phone and Jane was very helpful thank you so much - we look forward to our delivery.
