Good deal

We were looking for a simple bed settee to put in a spare room as another room was being set aside for Ukrainian refugees. We found a product at a reduced price and to my surprise free delivery was included. It was quick simple and efficient complete with a coffee provided while details were sorted. Jane was amazing from start to finish, we needed a mattress for our camper and we tried 3/4 different styles. We discussed warranty options and took out the extended 8 years as we needed a topper so only cost £15 really. Thickness was key but comfort number 1. Jane thank you and the team an amazing experience.

The whole experience was really pleasant. The staff did not badger us at all, after showing us what we were after we were left alone to discuss and decide for ourselves.

We were attended to very quickly. I tried the machine which recommended a medium firm bed would be best for me and the assistant directed us to several beds in order to make our choice. He was very knowledgeable explaining the various qualities of each bed. There was no pressure and he was very patient and polite. It was a pleasureable visit and we will certainly come to Dreams again.
