I had a lovely assistant called Emma,and she was very helpful, from start to finish ,nothing was to much trouble,she explained and helped with all that I asked of her .i was a bit worried about going into shops because I haven't been out for so long,but I was put at ease .thanking you for your service . Laura served us and was very friendly and professional. Social distancing measures were good and we felt at ease the whole time

Felt very safe in the current climate. Hand sanitiser, tissue sheets/sanitised pillow and bottled water offered. Friendly assistant Paul was very good showed me lots of options for my sleep type and was patient while I was deciding what mattress to buy. Answered all my questions and helped me make an informed choice.
