The lady who I seen was very helpful. During my first visit at the end shop closing time she stopped to answer my questions and did not rush me. On the day of purchase she was polite, helpful. explained me all my options. I received a* service

We were greeted by Jane who was very accommodating and welcoming, we had already done our online research and wanted to try as many tempur mattresses as possible which she gladly helped us with. After showing us all the tempur mattresses in store Jane let me and my partner be alone to retry the all the mattresses and talk amongst ourselves which we really appreciated as we usually find salespeople quite pushy, so it was incredibly refreshing to see that the staff at dreams are respectful and caring towards there customers needs, this is what lead to us buying our mattress with dreams and we have heavily recommended them to friends and family and will see them again in the future, thankyou again Jane!

Paul the sales assists was extremely friendly polite and helpful and showed a great understanding of various sleep problems I have and the type of mattress that would suit me best. He even showed me anew way of using my pillow to enhance the support to my neck and help me sleep. He did all this without coming across as a pushy salesman. Overall Paul made our visit to dreams a pleasure. Thank you Paul.
