Me and my wife were only looking without intention to buy on our visit. But the way products were presented to us and differences explained, as well as outstanding and friendly service of Jane in our local Plymouth branch made us go for it on the spot. All our questions and wonders where precisely answered and explained with a great standard. I'm really pleased with our experience, others should learn people like Jane. Jane spent time understanding our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products. We were able to try lots of mattresses, and I was particular impressed that we were lent pillows to use, which hadn’t happened in other stores. It completely changed the feel of the experience and made it more realistic.

We were given lots of advice about the purchase and shown varies beds and given the chance to try out the base as we were looking for an ottoman Jane who looked after us was very informative and friendly The price was very good and quality of base explained to us how it worked and we went for the luxury base as the information given to us was great and that's why we chose it staff very nice as when we went into the store the staff who entered on the shop floor smiled and made us feel welcomed

Paul the advisor listened to my health issues he then assured me that he would be able to help. He was extremely professional and had a fantastic knowledge base of your products. We were highly satisfied with the experience at Dreams because Jane (Plymouth) came almost straight over but not pushy at all. We said we wanted a single mattress for my son that was with me, age almost 14. She spoke to him and myself, took time to see what he thought he wanted and then suggested a few to try. We found what we wanted and ordered it all, in good time. We weren't kept hanging around. Jane was friendly and knowledgeable and made it all very quick and easy.
