Paul was very helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to offer us a more suitable bed which suited our needs. Staff were friendly on entering the stores and greeted us. Felt store was very COVID secure.

This was the second time we visited the store we were looking for a bed for our first home and was really impressed with how quickly we were seen the knowledge of the staff the range of products the forces discount and how much time the team spent with us. That's why on the second visit we ordered our mattress and bought pillows.

Paul was very attentive but also gave us space alone to focus on the 2 mattresses that we had narrowed down to (from 6!). He was knowledgeable about the product, gave reassurance about our uncertainty e.g. previous experience of memory foam, and was helpful throughout.
