Purchased a nice bed with good quality plows. Price seemed good and the sales agent was very helpful and not at all pushy with selling.

My expectations for customer service are high and I wasn’t disappointed!! Razi was enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel like he wasn’t there to take full account of our requirements. We’ve walked out of the store excited for our new bed delivery and very positive about our experience!! Well done!!

Greeted on entry and assisted throughout. Razi recognised when to help and when to leave us alone to discuss. We're confident in our selection as a result and excited about our new bed.

Paula, our assistant, was exceedingly helpful. Once she knew exactly what we were looking for and where the bed was to be placed she immediately took us to the one which she felt was the most appropriate for our needs including on that had been shown on the shopfloor. I couldn't have been more impressed by her and her colleagues attention. .
