We had just come from another retailer, and experience really heavy sales techniques, the young lady that served us in Dreams, was extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable about her job, without the pushy in your face sales... That's very refreshing, we will shop with dreams again.

I found the mattress tester unique and very helpful, as well as the customer service to be very good and very helpful, although the person who took the order was different it was nice that they still credited the one who helped me find what I was looking for.

Sales assistant Paula was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our reqiurements and purchase even down to the insurance and payment.

We were given a warm welcome and Jane was the assistant allocated to help us through the process of choosing a new mattress and divan. Her patience and knowledge of products was very good and we did not feel at all rushed and felt able to try as many beds as we liked before coming to a decision - we were even given a coffee whilst we were looking round and making our decision. Jane was always on hand to offer help and answer any questions we had. We were very happy with our final decision and with completing the purchase with regard to delivery, disposal of old mattress etc. The only slight disappointment was finding that we would have to wait until December for our bed, but Jane did explain that this was due to the high demand at present, which we understand and accept.
