The assistant that helped us Ransy was extremely knowlageable and helpful. Very personal and presentable.Curteous and patient seeing our age 83 years old..was extremely pleased with his attention….

The staff were very attentive and friendly at the Plympton Retail Park in Plymouth. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and put through the transaction very quickly. Delivery within a week too!

There was so much variety on both mattresses and bed frames, the mattresses testing machine was brilliant as we were able to get an idea of what we needed.

Paula served us, listened to us and was very patient and understanding. Not pushy whatsoever. Great customer service from start to finish.

All colleagues were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to give me and my partner the time we needed to chose a mattress and a bed; letting us move back and forth between mattresses multiple times without any pressure. Once our matress was chosen, colleagues had extensive knowledge of the bed that we required too and discussed this with us at length. Once we had decided on these the time it took to order them was minimal and the delivery time given was a week which was great! Colleagues were knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and helpful and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble

Firstly was able to around the store, not feeling pressured by sales staff. And found staff very helpful in finding what I was looking for.

Assistant was very helpful and guided us through the process of finding out the right mattress for us using the Mattress Experience machine, which was great. We are looking forward to having our mattresses delivered next week and finally get to have a good sleep.
